comfortable bed helpful staff great location
The room included a desk and seating. Windows offered a city view. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was helpful. Arriving and leaving also were easy. The location is great for walking. It is near trams. Restaurants are nearby.

the hotel location was very convenient, next to the train station. the breakfast offered many choices, a delicious and easy experience. my room, a standard double room, was equipped with all i needed!
I found that bath robes and slippers were only available to premium room bookings. This felt unusual. the pool access had an additional cost, which i wasn't expecting. also, the staff i interacted with were not always very friendly or helpful!
